Edutask Institute is seeking a facilitator to facilitate dialog sessions with our target groups in the municipalities of South Mitrovica and Viti.
This call is in frame of the project “Building Resilient Communities through Social Cohesion and Inter-ethnic/Inter-religious Exchange” – The project is funded by Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF). It is implemented by Edutask Institute in partnership with Syri i Vizionit (SiV) and NGO Aktiv.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
the contractor (consultants) or team, are expected to have the following skills and key qualifications:
- Relevant professional experience in the sector(s) directly or indirectly related to the required services of this contract
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of conflict resolution, social, cultural, and political dynamics.
- An understanding of PVE principles, conflict transformation, or related fields is beneficial. Experience in dealing with sensitive topics and facilitating discussions on community resilience is a significant asset.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in conflict resolution, sociology, psocology, or any other relevant university degree related to the activity
- Significant experience with facilitation techniques, including interactive methods, small group discussions, and participatory exercise.
- Previous involvement in social cohesion initiatives or community development projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sensitivity and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver high quality work, within the agreed time-frame
