The project management course is dedicated to teachers and education managers who wish to improve quality of education and apply project management principles to plan, organize, implement and reflect on educational initiative or project. This will include identifying project tasks, creating a schedule, assigning resources, and managing assumptions and risk. The course will also include tips in financial resources for schools at local and international level.
The school management course is a four weeks programme containing one session per week. The course is intended for K12 school directors, vice directors and secretaries and covers education management, planning, policy and finance. The course involves case learning approach involving participants to learn, reflect and apply learning into their unique contexts. The course can be delivered face to face or online to meet education manager busy schedules.
