CALL FOR OFFERS<\/h4>

Edutask Institute is seeking a facilitator to facilitate dialog sessions with our target groups in the
municipalities of South Mitrovica and Viti.<\/p>

This call is in frame of the project \u201cBuilding Resilient Communities through Social Cohesion
and Inter-ethnic\/Inter-religious Exchange\u201d \u2013 The project is funded by Global Community
Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF). It is implemented by Edutask Institute in
partnership with Syri i Vizionit (SiV) and NGO Aktiv.
Interested candidates shall follow on the instruction of tenderers provided and accordingly apply
before the deadline on 18 February 2023 at 16:00 through e-mail address: info@edu-task.com
with the subject: Public Call \u2013 Facilitate dialog sessions with target group in the municipalities in
South Mitrovica and Viti.<\/p>

KEY QUALIFICATIONS<\/h4>

The contractor (consultants) or team, are expected to have the following skills and key
qualifications:<\/p>

  • Relevant professional experience in the sector(s) directly or indirectly related to the
    required services of this contract<\/li>
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of conflict resolution, social,
    cultural, and political dynamics.<\/li>
  • An understanding of PVE principles, conflict transformation, or related fields is beneficial. Experience in dealing with sensitive topics and facilitating discussions on community resilience is a significant asset.<\/li>
  • Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in conflict resolution, sociology, psychology, or any other
    relevant university degree related to the activity<\/li>
  • Significant experience with facilitation techniques, including interactive methods, small group discussions, and participatory exercise.<\/li>
  • Previous involvement in social cohesion initiatives or community development projects.<\/li>
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial.<\/li>
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sensitivity and attention to detail<\/li>
  • Ability to deliver high quality work, within the agreed time-frame<\/li>
  • Reference letter<\/li><\/ul>
